I’m Rose (she/her).
I’m a content designer who is determined to help organisations make their content work for everyone. I’m passionate about ensuring accessibility is at the forefront of design – not an afterthought.
Since 2013 I’ve been working as a content designer on central government services, starting my journey at the Government Digital Service (GDS), responsible for GOV.UK.
I’ve worked on solving some of the most challenging and high profile problems with user-centred design. From the early days of transition to GOV.UK, to Brexit and coronavirus.
Now i’m helping others learn user-centred design skills to solve problems and make better content.
